Lenshina Agbor

Lenshina is an early career researcher. With an MSc in Molecular Diagnostic Science, she conducted a study to evaluate the resistance of Plasmodium falciparum parasites to sulphadoxine pyrimethamine in pregnant women under intermittent preventive treatment. Her current research interest includes the development of molecular diagnostic tools towards a common goal of improving the health of populaces globally. She joins the Open Bioeconomy Lab project as a Researcher with the MboaLab in Yaounde, Cameroon. Lenshina is currently based at Newcastle, UK, where she is working towards a PhD at Newcastle University.
