Application Features
Bst DNA Polymerase, Full Length is the full length polymerase from Bacillus stearothermophilus. It has 5′ → 3′ polymerase and double-strand specific 5′ → 3′ exonuclease activity, but lacks the 3′ → 5′ exonuclease activity.
Used for: Isothermal DNA amplification, primer extension
